What to expect:
We begin with a Voice Alchemy Warm-Up led by Rauhsna 

- arriving in our bodies, awakening our voices, and raising our vibration -
We’ll share our delicious raw cacao, listen to Rauhsna’s magical sounds, and sing along...
From there, we glide into an ecstatic Ecstatic Dance set by JULI, 

letting go, moving freely, until Rauhsna’s mystical Sound Journey gently weaves us back into landing...
After 2.5 hours, the Phoenix is ready to fly.
